Project Sanctuary New Player Raffle- Drawing= Saturday March 14th

    Joining IRC and the Forums is one of the best things a new player can do to get involved in the great community we have on UOR.

    In order to encourage them in joining us, Project Sanctuary will be running a new player raffle. The grand prize will be a placed large tower on grass. This tower is in a great location on grass just south of Wrong dungeon and you can mine from the roof. In addition, there will be 6 other houses being given away to new players for the raffle thanks to Project Sanctuary.
    We will be searching for players in game with the [young] status and encouraging them to come and reply to this forum with a secret pass-phrase given to them as well as pm one of us in IRC. If they do that, they will be entered in the raffle. The date of the drawing is to be determined depending on how many people we can get to sign up.

    To restate the requirements:
    1. Reply here with passphrase
    2. Pm elhorno/Krake/Mikek in IRC


    Prizes:
    • 3x Large towers
    • 6x Small houses

    "Your favorite thing about UO"

    ... kidding. My favorite thing has always been the simplistic interface compared to the silliness of other MMOs. I've tried other games, but the GUIs are always too cluttered. None of them stack up to the beauty of UO.

    Welcome everyone to UOR and the forums + IRC. IRC is a great place to go to ask questions and get immediate responses from our helpful community. The forums are another very useful resource here especially when you are new. Please take advantage of the guides section, as we have written guides on pretty much everything in the game.
