Ok, here's the deal. If you have a blacksmith of 70.1 skill or higher, stop by your local shop as often as possible and say "Order status". I will pay 3000gp per small BoD of 'lesser' quality. What I mean by that is basically everything under Copper type BoDs. I will not pay for large BoDs of lesser than Copper quality. I will pay well, with gold, platinum or rares for Copper or better BoDs if they fit larges that I need. To put it simply, if you understand the reward matrix, anything that can be used to obtain Gold Runic Hammers, or greater, I will pay well for.
