    1. Boat Deeds Newbied?

Working on getting one now for Beta.

    2. Do Phoenixes spawn? Do we want them to spawn?

Haven't seen any, bu i haven't checked normal places that they could.
And yes they should, Fire, Del pass etc..

    3. Liches immune to poison? Should they be?

They shouldn't be. I remember having my EV's poison them. Lich Lord yes, Liches no.

    4. Do escortables abandon you if you attack them.

They shouldn't, I used to kill them for pocket change, however I do remember my dexxer going red in trammel killing some NPC's. Yes they actually gave counts. Not sure which though. I'll look into it.

    5. Can you gain fishing over 90 from shore?

    Yes.

    6. Can you gain stealing on items that are accessible to you? Should you be able to?

You should be able too. I recall stealing from my pack horse to gain stealing, but it might have been right before UO:R.

    7. Stuck menu functionality, 3 times per day, works in dungeons?

I have used it 3 times and it worked successfully. From Trinsic, to despise, to Britian. All 3 times it worked then asked me to write the brief description.

    More to come.

I believe that you had to make the pack horse guard you and go grey prior to being able to steal from it for gains.

This is all true. I did it during the UO:R period. I vaguely remember YOU going gray if you forgot to tell your packy to guard you...
