Raising 2 skills to gm after cap

Hi all. I have a provo mage that is almost 7xgm. What if i later on want to convert that charakter into a tamer? Will it be super slow after i reached max skills and have to point some skills down to gain taming and animal lore?

I would create a new character with 50 taming. Normally it wouldn't matter since you can buy skills to +- 25 but taming is just so slow that I would advise saving yourself the time from training from 25-50.

Thanks for reply. I think i will make a separate charakter as a tamer starting whit 50 taming.
