This is a known issue related to a previous patch, we are slowly tweaking the classic naming system to resolved that. Going to go ahead to move this to bug reports. This should be resolved in patch 56 as well.
1. So how did I find this on an orc if its a player character item....did you die in the orc cave sometime around when I would have found that...? 2. Do I get something KEWL for "finding" a bug in-game?!?!!
Haha, yeah, I find loot on mobs all the time from formerly living player characters. Sometimes entire pouches or bags full of things! Lucky day indeed!
1.) I ran a vendor outside of Occlo for about a month and a half that sold armor and weapons. I do not use maces on my macer. I also do not use GM weapons unless they are runics. So it is likely a new player ran there and died. Unfortunately, he may be gone now. RIP Newbie God Bless and all the little Pygmies down in Africa. Amen. 2.) High fives?
