As I downsize to simplify my playstyle, I am considering releasing these two houses back into the market. I am very fond and very attached to them. They are truly unique and have not been available on the open market in well over a year. I am considering all offers, however, lets all save some time and drama. If you wish to offer less than 2mil on either of them, then I appreciate your desire for the property, but below 2m each, I will just continue to refresh them. First up is a hardcore mining, golem/elemental farming house. HUGE cave, LOTS of mountains about. Easy to set up an archer turret and clean up on ingots. Due north of Brit and the GY. The second needs no introduction, but what the hell why not. Minoc Valley. 2 small towers will fit here. Just bump this house to the right a tile or two. Own your own valley. Private outdoor forge. Nice mining here for elementals with golem caves close by. This is YOUR OWN VALLEY. No close neighbors !
I approve of owning valleys. And pen-insulas. And islands. And all bays north of the North Minoc Mountains.
As a former owner of both of these fine properties, I can attest to their awesomeness and think they are worth every gold coin of the asking price. Good luck with the sale!
