RareBrush1 stopped Spawning?

    Noticed the last time a RareBrush1 popped up was back in October.

    Seems odd that no one has picked one up if it is indeed still spawning.

    Resolved. It looks like it was turned off inadvertently during an event at some point.

    Better watch out Blaise, I'll fix the issue and "accidentally" change the hue to something other than 1235 and then spend 6 months "looking into" it. :D
