Recommendation - Move "Guides" forum to inbetween "PVP Discussion" and "International"

I highly suggest moving the "Guides" forum higher on the list. I honestly didnt even know it was way down there until yesterday and Ive been here for awhile now.

I think this will go a LOOOOOOONG way to help new players.

As always, not a complaint, just a suggestion and thanks so very much for the shard!
