Ingame / Website Vendor Advertising June 6th 2013 The Renaissance staff is proud to announce our newest website improvement, vendor advertising. Starting in patch 38 players will be able to purchase an advertising contract from any banker. Allowing players a great way to advertise their ingame business and help players find the goods they need. To purchase advertising for your vendor, check with any banker. They now carry a 30 day vendor advertising contract. These can be purchased for 25,000. To use a vendor advertising contract you must meet the following criteria You must be friended to the house with your vendor in it. The house must be public You can only use the advertising contract on a vendor you own. You must be inside the house to use the advertising contract Once you have a vendor, a vendor house and an advertising contract double click the contract and target your vendor. This will consume the contract and add 30 days to your vendors advertising. You may use multiple contracts on a single vendor. Each contract will add another 30 days. Once you have purchased advertising for your vendor make sure you update you vendors listing information for the Renaissance website. Double click on your vendor to pull up the vendor management window. Here you can see how long your advertising contract is good for. To update your Renaissance Website listing click on the Shop Details button. Mark the various check boxes next to the items you sell and set a name for your shop. Note: Offensive house or shop names will result in your advertising contract being cancelled. Once your vendors information is updated to our web server (every 2 hours) it will be forwarded to one of the staff for review. Once the contract is approved your vendors add will now go into the rotation with all other advertised shops. To Increase the chance of your shop being advertised on the website you can purchase advertising for each of your vendors. Every vendor receives their own detailed shop page with information on the proprietor, items for sale, a map to the shop, and a link to the Renaissance map that can be distributed to other players showing your shops location.
