my character named Lunac and began in Britannia, where all the ppl used to be hanging around the bank area, but unfortunately, i dun really see anyone there....i am wondering where are ppl normally at now?

I second the advice about Young program, it's a really good start to enjoy Ocllo city. You have a lot to do there, there is a big dungeon to explore underground.
