Unfortunately, ethereal beasts cannot be punished otherwise he too would be dead upon the floor. All persons are urged to purchase permits prior to entering mines throughout the land. It is a mighty burden that god has given the RRG all the land's mines.. and Stormhold.. and Ice.. and all the roads.. The least citizens could do is pay their taxes.
