If you open a runebook in your bank box and then move away (shutting it), the book will stay on screen and you'll be able to use it once to recall.
There's a lot of quirkiness with Runebooks. You can't pick up runebooks if you have a runebook open either.
We have worked to fix this in the past, however it is a complex one because items are not provided with an "is in your bank" tag. Items in your bank are technically carried around with you as you travel the world, they are only accessible when you are near a banker however. So trying to determine if an runebook has line of sight, or is in your bank can require some code overhead. We will address the issue when we find the most efficient way code a solution with the least amount of processing overhead.
