Located on Lovely Fire Island, you can mine Agapite and Iron in safety from your porch... use a prospectors tool and its Verite & DC... add a gargoyle pickaxe and you are mining Shadow & Valorite elementals as well as Stone and Marble Elementals, they spawn out front and walk into the trap on the porch, where you kill them at your leisure. You can do the same with a Gargoyle Shovel in the cave and lead them to their death here. !! Found this spot open a couple days ago and saw its potential, now its ready for you to move in and start making GOLD off the Elementals/Golems here.
