Hello all! Krake here, of Project Sanctuary. We are going to be hosting a Scavenger Hunt! Everyone is invited to come participate. P'S has been digging through our vault and getting some items ready for prizes. As of now, P'S members who are not on the council are invited to come and participate as well. The date for this is Sunday May 28th The time for this is 2pm EST We will be bumping this thread often during the week leading up to the event. What this is: You will join #PSEvent in IRC and be given a set of three clues, each more detailed than that last. You will be searching Sosaria for ME. When you find me, yell out my name (Krake!). The first three players to find me will be given points. At the end of 10 rounds, the players with the most points will win prizes. My council will be helping keep track of who finds me first, and all decisions will be based on my/their journal, and are final. There will be no locations in T2A, or in dungeons. Everything will be in Sosaria overworld, including town zones. The current prize pool is as follows, but will be modified as we collect more items/funds! 1st place: 700k, 20 plat, 3 pec meat, 25 charge agapite hammer, animating essence (rare alchemy item), a placed large brick house on grass north of Vesper, a custom event trophy, a green AmiB, 2nd place: 500k, 15 plat, 2 pec meat, 25 charge golden hammer, 100 yards of hue 1154 cloth, 50 SoS', a custom event trophy, a purple AmiB, 3rd place: 350k, 10 plat, 1 pec meat, 25 charge bronze hammer, 100 yards of hue 1194 cloth, 50 SoS', a custom event trophy, a blue AmiB, If you are so inclined as to donate to the prize pool, please message me or any of my Council (@Dr Satan, @mikek85 , @Keza, @Lyta) Hope everyone can get pumped about this, cause these are really fun and nerve wracking events! No need to sign up, just show up in the IRC channel about an hour before the event. We will be starting promptly at 2 EST on the 28th. Have IRC and a client up at the same time. 3. Have a working knowledge of Sosaria, including the Valor names of cities, historical UO places, historical UOR places unique to this server, major player run cities and/or homes. 4. Stay calm.
