If you have more than one house, it's great to keep a boat next to your home and use it as a refresh timer. Refresh the boat last on each refresh cycle, and you'll be able to check the refresh status of each house with a single click from within your home. I live on a peninsula with a boat next to the house, it looks great but is also practical No reason why this couldn't be done with a secondary house on screen with your main home too.
