Why have a starting bid if that's not an acceptable offer when no reserve is posted? Thumbs down, piss-poor sales thread.
I don't understand the reserve thing with a low starting bid either. Why not make the sb the minimum you'll accept?
The reserve is just a maybe option. Like, if you hit reserve it absolutely will sell. If not, then the seller can decide to sell or not, for the closest high bid. Like if I do a reserve it's the number where I will feel the price is good for me and the buyer. The starting bid on my sales are almost always below fair for me and a great deal for the buyer, in my opinion. That encourages bidding activity and yes, I have sold below reserve, many times.
Maybe she just had no time to answer yet? Else, this would be really lame, as this is a legit auction.
