Even though I get a decent amount of traffic from the gate, I've decided the constant stocking and restocking of a store is not to my liking and I have more than one house so I don't need this one anymore. only two houses from the gate so people are always buying potions, runebooks, scrolls and weapons from here. It's a great starter location for a store, or just a great location to watch or take part in faction fights... S/B: 100k plus deed B/O: 200k plus deed Auction ends 48 hours after last bid.
Ok forget the auction I just don't want to mess with this house anymore... 75k+ Deed gets you a house 2 screens east of the busiest moongate in the game. 1st one who wants it gets it....
