i was gifted this house yes. cant remember who it was. but he gave it to me and said i could do as i wish with it. i came back to the game after a year and had no houses. selling only because i was able to purchase a tower and no longer need this property.

this is true but ham did have it for sale prior to that, and since i dont have much funds to get my charecters up again im selling what i can to produce that. he also blesssed me with selling it or doing what ever i wanted with the property. if it wasnt for him i wouldnt have the chance to start over and i appreciate his help in allowing a vet player get back up on his feet.

Hold up, you got given the place on Wednesday because you were a new player, on Friday you buy an 800k bear mask and some point in the last 5 days also buy a tower? Dude.
never said i was a new player, he ask if i had a house i told him no so he gave it to me, the bear mask was purchased on my behalf for a friend who gave me the money and the tower was bought also by him i own non of these items. i been out of this game for a long time and decided to come back. just want to clear that up before assumptions like these get made.

you can ask ham about our discussion if you are really that interested. ive nothing to hide and have dealt with everyone in sales and transactions with no issues. i stated again he gave me the property as gave me his blessing. i got a tower to stay in not own.
i should of rephrased it as purchased space in the tower. didnt know this thread was gonna cause issues especially when i played years here and had a great community relationship
FWIW yes this it the house. I have no problem with Remission selling it as well. He could do anything with it. It's his house! I gave it to him and encouraged him to use it to help him get back in the game, and selling it is also a viable way to get back into the groove. I'm also glad to see someone purchase it, with the hopes of re-donating it. Everyone wins. I may have used the wrong word "new" vs "returning" in the original thread. But in no way did Remission mislead me. I had just never encountered the player before, so I just chose to use the word "new". WB @Remission.
