Hello fellow wizards! This is your opportunity to own one of the best houses in UO, not only is there a bank for intrepid vendors, but the moongate is only a stones throw away!

I've had this house for a long time and it's been nothing but fantastic for me, unfortunately I am no longer able to play due to work so I would love to see it go to someone else.

The house was placed in 2013 shortly after the land rush. To the best of my knowledge the spot is not grandfathered, although I'm not sure whether any other houses will fit.


The house will come unfurnished, however it does contain three additional secures (50 plat each), and it is possible to bank from any spot inside the house - Assuming the banker isn't too far away.

The auction will run for one week, afterwards any bid that runs unopposed for 48 hours will be deemed the winner. I reserve the right to pull this auction at any time.

Due to the nature of this sale, I will accept private offers. Additionally items (masks/sandals/rares etc) may be included as part of a bid, however the value of those bids will be determined by myself and a select panel of whoever I can find in IRC at the time.

If I owned this house, I'd make it a stealing house from hades. The amount of fun someone could have out of this house is off the charts. I'd put it on my top 3 houses here I'd want.

I'd almost be afraid to try to place something else with that many people around! 40 mil.. wow haha. I can't wait to see the bids on this, that's a whole lotta money

IDOC items are not free unless you stumble across one with no one there to stop you. Otherwise there's time and effort invested in securing said loot.
