This was one of my end game goal houses in UOR. Shortly after achieving the collection I wanted, my circumstances changed and limited my game time and therefore I have never been able to make the most of this place. It's a fantastic spot for farming Lich or players, a decor project or guild or maybe this is on your list of goals This spot will give around 60k per hour in gold + scrolls, loot and 1/200 plat There is around 25 hours left to this auction and I hope to see this place go to a good home.
Also the lich drop level 3 t maps. I owned it on eroupa a while back and just stacked tons of t maps on the top.
