Mare 1) 502/519/104/113/ short maned. Pre-bonded. high str/dex/int. Pretty sure I bought him for over 250k and would like to get something around there. Mare 2) 519/515/105/117/ pure nightmare. unbonded for around the same price. (perfect dex, high hp/int)
If I were to purchase the pure mare, would it bond to me. Also does it matter the amount of previous owners? It seems the taming skill goes up per owner/tame. So does this mean it will be harder to control also? Sorry this is all new to me.
Bonding requires peculiar meat (2 for a mare fed one at a time) and owning the pet for a certain amount of time. You don't feed it the meat until the pets status says craves peculiar meat. Number of owners doesn't matter. Also, the skill requirement only goes higher for retames (like I set it free in the woods or it went wild and you were trying to tame it). I think there is a guide about this somewhere but hopefully that helps.
