Should Runic Hammers include a bonus to Blacksmithing?

    I cant put the poll there so I created it here.

    The main question is should they have the bonus or not. If they have a bonus, does it apply to just Armor or all Smithing? and finally without getting specific on the bonus value, which end of the spectrum should get the most bonus....
