Two houses are placable on the island. The one near the Moongate and Mine. This one is right next to the animal pen on the water. Just west of the bank.

Because I had someone say WOW a million gold. I am bumping this to say, just because it was commented I am by far not expecting that. offers around 400k will get consideration. Those of you put off by the comments of a million you need not worry. I am not that greedy... yet....
