    Excellent vendor house. As personal reasons limited my game play I only used this property as a vendor house for a few weeks. I made about 6 mill off of it. So it works rather well as a vendor house.

    Located directly east of Brit Moongate directly on the road. You can see the moongate on your radar whilst in the house (circled in image).

    Starting bid is 80k (less than I paid for it).

    No BO and just keep BI reasonable. 48/24 Auction
