Hello lads. After a year I am back in the server, but i don´t have the time needed to setup a proper shop. Before I took the break, I bought an amazing house, probably overpriced but I didn´t care really. As I have no use for it, I would like to sell it, without loosing too much money if it is possible I wont setup a starting bid, up to you guys. But I will put a BO: 500k (200k less than it costed me). Also will be a reserve price, 300k, if we dont reach it, I wont sell. Thanks!

Hopefully I can do it justice. I'm trying to set up a rune library somewhere nice, and this seems like a pretty good location. Would require a TON of Lockdown Expansion platinum rewards, unfortunately.
Thanks Barak, transaction complete. For reference for others, if there is a vendor in the house, it cannot be removed except by its owner. You are not able to change the house from public to private while it's there. You can however demolish the house for its deed, in which case the vendor disappears. I think he leaves his pack behind, but in this case it was empty so I'm not sure. Finally, the Trinsic Moongate itself has been redecorated a bit. Stop by and take a look! And let me know if you have other deco ideas for it. Only other thing I could think of was a smaller rock circle around it.
Unless it has been changed, can confirm that any gold/items on the vendor will drop to a pack if you deed the house. Did it once a number of months back after I lost contact with someone who had a vendor in one of my houses.
Or you could page Telamon... Had him check last access date on a couple abandoned vendors at my shop. Vendors Poofed, gold sent to owners bank and items hit the floor... If there was only some way this could be an automated house owner function.....
