Small tower in great location for sale! The guard zone is right above this place, and is located a very short walk from the Britain Moongate, the Britain Dueling Arena, and town itself. The beach is right nearby, and there are absolutely no monsters in this area. There are 3 NPC camp sites in the woods to the south and east of this area, making it great for holiday hunting. The area is pretty quiet, you will have a large swath of trees and forest to yourself (as well as mining nodes in the front yard). There is a little-known cotton field a little bit to the NW as well.
