   LOL for a 20 count dull copper metal kite shield, I received gold but nothing else. I even logged out

   We will look into this and see if we can re-create the problem.
   
   Update: We verified the problem and wrote a fix that will be included in the next patch. This only affected the reward of the 5 charge powder of temperament.
