    Item description: 2-story Villa south-east of the Chaos shrine. Located right next to the mountain, the only player traffic you'll see will probably be the occasional miner. I haven't checked yet, but you can probably mine from the inside corner of the house (looks like the vein next to the house is bronze or shadow iron). Good spot for a new player that wants to get into mining/BS and have plenty of storage space. Also a couple screens from a camp spawn location, good for holiday events.
