EDIT: Worked out a deal with Laz. Hi everyone! This is the first house I placed since coming back earlier this year. After a little luck and lots of help, I no longer need as many houses as I have. This place is about 2 screens from the SE Minoc guard line, and one screen away from a wandering healer. There are also a couple of valorite/shadow/copper nodes nearby. I've used this for an elemental trap for the past month. It was briefly a vendor house, but I haven't the interest to maintain a vendor. Auction standards: Duration: 48/24 SB: 99K (deed price) BI: 5K BO: 150K Edit: Gold only, please I would very much like to see this go to a new player, if possible.
