SOLD for 140k I'm selling this small tower which is right in front of a path leading to a wild Golem spawn (and Golem cave where you can mine up more). As you can see from the UOAM map there are several Golem caves along this mountain, two of which spawn 2 wild golems! So if you want you can run back and forth along this mountain showing those rock bastards who is boss, taking their ore and doing it almost non-stop! Or you can do the normal battle mining thing and dig them out of the dirt with shovels then beat them into a pile of rubble. Besides being a pretty good mining house this house also is close to the famous Bucs Teleporter and Covetous. So this house has multiple possible uses! A small house, small marble and small stone workshop will all fit in this spot too. If you prefer one of hose houses instead of a small tower and are the winning bidder I'll be more than happy to replace it with one of those (and the price will change slightly of course due to the deed price going down) if you want. Bumping this and also tossing out the idea (if the current bidder is OK with it) that this auction be changed to a 24 hour standing bid auction even with only 1 bid (instead of 48 hours).
