    This once proud temple dedicated to the Summer Wind has been reclaimed by the elements. Not too very long ago a gilded tower stood here, a stony finger jutting from the crags of its own solitary island. Much blood was spilled here in its time.

    Fishermen that sailed by it said strange lights could be seen there at night.

    Who will rebuild this famous temple on this famous island called Justice ?


    Terms: 48 hours standing bids, plat @ 7.5k, HCoin @ 8k, no private offers or private buyouts. Justice Island only fits one large house. Currently there is an L shape there. No other spots can be placed ATM. Ethies and runebooks accepted at plat value.

    Edited terms in buyers favor to increase accepted plat value from 7 to 7.5k and to allow for runebooks and ethys as payment.

    However the owner/poster of a sale post controls their post, and they set the rules for their post. It is completely within their rights to request that the moderators remove any off-topic posts and unrelated issues. You are more than welcome to go start a trash talk post with your concerns.

    Posting about fake bids, before any bids have been placed just seems like a personal vedetta, not a legitimate concern for the integrity of the trade forums.

    If a buyer does not trust the seller in a trade deal the solution is very simple.

    You either:
    A. Do not bid on the item.
    B. Place a very specific bid indicating the amount you are willing to pay and be clear that it is your final offer on the item in question.

    Buying an item is about paying what you believe it is worth, not what others try to convince you it is worth.
