    This lovely L shaped home is spawn free, has several trees and wide open front lawn. I really dont want to sell this because I like the spot but Im hoping to move into a tower and frankly I need the dough.

    FYI - You cannot fit a villa in the front yard. Ive tried and tried!

    Pics show just fine.

    Nice spot. I'd guess you can't place a villa out front due to the tower wings, they count as building footprint.

    Yup on the wings....Which is good for the next owner. I gotta admit, Im having a little sellers remorse. I just cant keep EVERY house!
