    Grats on the sale... but seriously, what happened with the auction ! With no Buyout posted one might expect the auction to run its course...

    Given the rampant derail rate of many housing-related threads lately, I will address your comment before it sparks a dumpster fire.

    In full disclosure, @Malek's lack of patience to wait for the auction to conclude transpired into a subsequent offer after his S/B via PM that exceeded the market value of this property, and any hypothetical B/O price which you're referring to for that matter.

    Feel free to contact him to discuss the terms, but I will not be offering that information up publicly out of respect for him. I only bring up his name in the first place to drive home the fact that no previous bidders were cut out during this process.

    cool man, Glad he got the place. Keeps come and go on the market fast these days. Was hoping to see one go for auction and help set the market price.
