Not sure what market you shop at, Ron, but if you check the last year's worth of auctions here, both the SB and current bid are pretty typical for this item. You probably would make a killing selling your own...
I side with Ron, this is over priced....as is all rares on this shard. Its what happens when money spews out of every nook and cranny. @Christoph Brock has been making a killing on rares since the day I started. If people are paying for it them keep rolling with it. I have bought some things from him too, so he has a good handle on the items.
Nothing stays the same forever. Prices change with the markets, i.e. buyers. From my perspective, many rares have started to bottom out, with sale prices approaching two-year lows. Unless you're selling beakers/flasks or have some unique deco piece that someone just has to have, there will be ups and downs.
