Both Sandstone and Small Thatch in a super cozy spot on the water only 2 screens east of Brit guard zone. No neighbours in site (a bunch to the east if you walk off screen, but none in any other direction). Not sure if a villa or whatever else would fit in this spot, but you are welcome to give it a go.
