This house has a lot going for it, it's the largest of the three houses on the beach, conveniently dock your boats behind your new home. The steps are on the town guardzone line. It's a short run from the bank and the moongate, and it's one of three houses on an island. Buy out your neighbors and have your own town! I'm setting the price at this at double deed.
