Sound Problem Need Help

I have excatly this problem. "Directsound setpan failed"

this happens when I watch something on youtube, but not always.

when I leave my char for macroing, then there is no sound on youtube (sometimes). temporary solution I found is restarting windows audio(local services) via services.msc.
I have sound on UO but no sound on other applications like youtube.

my sound driver is up to date and have no malware detected.

there is a solution below but I didnt understand.

what headset are you using/ speakers. And have you tried a different headset/speakers?

My old wireless headset was going wonky and replacing it removed that pop-up for me.

can try this:

right click the speaker icon in the lower right of your taskbar (by the time)

select playback devices

right click every one you don't normally use and select "Disable"

i have 9 between all audio sources. These can get jumbled up sometimes causing errors, too.
