Sparkles outside Wrong dungeon.

If you attack a blue they can hit the sparkles to the roof, the red cannot enter because of the crim timer.
I have not seen a problem with any sparkles besides this but needs to be fixed.

That seems way out of whack. I've never seen a criminal travel restriction prevent use of any teleportation device.
