Spawn rares

    A simple question,

    does those spawn items are stolen using steal skill? Or simply can I pick them from the ground?

    I believe there are only one or two that require the stealing skill. Most are just scavenged.

    And all have individual timers so one may be daily or monthly or Bimonthly ect. I check them multiple times a day and so do others, might be worth listing when you get rares and time it for the next spawn

    Including semi-rares, there are a number of items that must be stolen from a container. Having said that, not every rare that spawns in a container must be stolen.

    Most rares can simply be scavenged.
