Str INT and DEX not raising

Hello i have a char i made that is a tamer, kept his str locked low then bumped it up to 60 dex is at 62 and int is at 19
my stats are maxed out and all my arrows are up but hearding and camping results in no gains in any of the three
any idea whats going on had it going for a while an dnot one point of change on any of the stats

I know i did that. im at the point where im trying to raise and nothing

Can I confirm herding also raises Dex? Cause I'm herding and Nada.

It does. Slower then strength though. I honestly use hearding till I’m at 100 str then switch to snooping for dex

It works. What did it for me was setting everything up.
