Sorry, I'm new at this. I don't know what this is or what's causing it. Below is a screenshot of me near Ocllo Bank. I walked up and NOTHING around me loaded. Not even doors. Sometimes, when i'm walking or running, it'll show me char/horse running in place, then BOOM I'm moved half a screen. My ping at the time (-ping in game) was min 54.0 max 140.8 avg 84.1 Please help me troubleshoot. Is this a client issue, or could it be a wireless issue. At first I thought it might be because I had 3 clients open, but I closed my clients and it still did it.
Make sure the "use smart CPU usage reduction" thing in razor is UNCHECKED, i think it's been known to cause lag and issues with using more than one client. Are you using the UO client version from the website?
admin mode? did you force resolution too high? Do you have pinkeye,ya stinkeye? No but the first 2 statements,look into that. Odd issue...
