Lacking any magical qualities. I've picked a good number of lvl 4 and 3 chest spawns. I tried searching for other topics but may have missed them, so I am adding this.
The magical attributes (cunning, bless, curse, nightsight, etc) are not yet available for clothing & jewelry, nor armor and weapons. This is something that will be seen in a future patch, it's just not present at this time.
TY Also I notice footwhere is not spawning in chests. Usually a random set of boots. Not that it matters at the moment
