So i was sorting loot the other day from an idoc / Tmaps... and I decided instead of stacking this stuff in bags like the picture shows below, why not sell it to players super cheap. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's when I realized that no matter how badly I think I want to keep a band aid vendor stocked up, or selling bulk resources... I just don't spend the time to maintain these types of vendors. But I still own a pretty decent bank house for selling items I collect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So instead of promising stocked bulk resources or crafted gear, I decided to pawn off items that newer players might be more attracted to. Such as, power weapons for 500g. Wands, slayer instruments, armor sets, fort/invul/barbed house decor items like mini rares / containers... Pretty much anything I loot that doesn't cost me much time to collect will be sold at a discount. Obviously doing things this way will cause these vendors to occasionally have super random items on them, however the goal is to keep it mixed up enough that players continue to check back in to see if I have anything they want. I sold out of all my discounted pec meat in no time with NO advertisement. So I know people are searching through random vendors to find something worth buying to them. Right now I'm in the process of bringing this to life, and there are a couple of vendors located here that I need to clean out / remove. But stop in and check out if you want anything I'm selling!
