"It can not be true," Cero slams his open palmed hands on the table, going back over his notes. Hunched over he rechecks his astrological text, his maps and the history books. Lifting his head he speaks with the General, "The Blood Moon is here." "The filthy orcs will be out harvesting, Cero you must notify the Town division and alert the citizens of Britannia to be extra vigilant at all times. The scum could strike anywhere!" The General said. "Roger Sir!" Cero was out the door within seconds, riding hard for the city proper. While he rode a smile cracked the stern look on his face. Funny how things work out he thought to himself, having just ended his service with The Great Council and rejoining the ranks of the Britannia Guard Corps as an emissary, once again he found himself in harms way with his most hated rival the orcs. The orcs would be out in force, and he was bound to stop them! The Blood Moon is coming. It begins!
Cero took the offensive and decided to push back the orc ranks before they could swarm the lands. Hitting them at their forts and caves, hoping not too many of the blood thirsty scum had already headed out on the hunt for human blood. The fort within the Yew woods was swarming with them, almost as if they were gathering before they headed out on a hunt, could this be signs of an invasion? The fort located south of Cove was at its usual level, I had hoped the ranks had not yet begun to swell here, and that only a few blood thirsty scum went looking for human flesh. The entrance to the orc cave complex was heavily guarded, but was nothing compared to what I found inside! Along the back tunnels, heading for their drilling machines, swarms of orcs lay in wait, it was a hard fought battle, but I prevailed at thinning some of the heard waiting to emerge onto our beloved land.

Cero, back on patrol made his way to the Yew fort. The Blood Moon had brought out the worst of the scum. But with blade in hand the slaughter began! On the horizon an orc Brute arrived to try his luck. With heavy hits, they went blow for blow. Cero's bardic arts had no affect on the creature, but his sword proved worthy! Then a hero for the orcs arrived! The battle was chaotic, and went on for some time. Each side receiving aids, Vishakt from his allies in the forest, and Cero from the guards in the nearby tower. But the orc Champion proved the victor this time! Until next time! Get out and slay some orcs!!!

Belok casts his gaze out over Sosaria...and likes what he sees. It has been whispered of late "where are the orcs?"....some say they cannot be found in numbers. These people feel safe. They are wrong. The orcs have been busy. Breeding. Finally orcish lands overflow with us. They dispatch those that have discovered them quickly and with extreme prejudice. Our children wait only for a sign. A signal the gods wish us to attack in force. A sign which has now arrived in the night sky. The Bloodmoon From Vishakt's point of view It started off with an unsuccessful attack on Triggered. Usually runs through Covetous are quiet...but today we found someone...or more accurately he found us finding him. Still, we "almost had him". Shortly after our skirmish in Covetous we went back to the orc cave to pick on our lesser brethren. Instead we found them slaughtered. Our fun denied, we looked for our enemies. We found two humies on the level below laying waste to the horde. Immediately we set into action. Half way through the fight the female Electra attempted to regroup on the first level. An unimaginable swarm of our brethren was waiting for her above. Her death was swift. It was not until after the battle that we found her remains. The remaining human fought bravely against the odds. He did not know death awaited if he fled but as he did not flee there was nothing to fear. Except for Rotgrub's axe and Vishakt's spear. Rotgrub retired to feast on their corpses while Vishakt decided to check on the Bloodclan Fort near Yew. There he ran into the human hero Cero and a team of guards fighting their way to the fort through an immense cloud of orcs. Vishakt watched and gained respect for the human's courage, and so appeared and let them back away to fight away from the others (as best as we could). Cero...the mighty defender of the humans....fell. Maybe another day Cero. But with the Bloodmoon high above Vishakt's head...he was unbeatable. Later Muguk and Vishakt killed some random guy. Porches....not safe. For the last of this tale Muguk and Vishakt found themselves at the Sausage Fest restaurant. Although some ladies did arrive later they didn't seem interested in doing their part to grow the orcs forces. Vishakt was drunk on victory, and weighed down with coin. Much grog was consumed. The establishment got busy, but even so any orc could tell you it was too slow not to burn to the ground. Ezra Scarlet attempted to stand up to the orcs on her own. She fought well. She died well. Belok is pleased. He invites you all to attack all orc strongholds. The Yew fort in particular seems to have received his blessing. We'll be waiting. And while the blood moon continues...we'll be hunting. NOOGGRRAAAHHH!!!!
This morning, Queen E receives a purple orc head and a letter. The Queen was pleased, her elite squad EVE with the assistance of a independent rogue prevailed and erased the whimpy orc called 'Blud Clomper'. Many orcs died this day, still it seemed that the Blood Moon grew even stronger and it's red color more menacing.
