Gunther: Upstairs, he sells fresh-baked goods and beverages for you to enjoy whilst reading the news or a new book. The stock on the book vendors will change every so often to include new titles or restock of popular old titles. There will be limited number of copies available for any given book. More book vendors will be forthcoming, selling books on other subjects as well. If anyone is interested in also opening a book vendor, there is space available (@Cullinarn, @Dun Scaith ). The upstairs has been converted to a bakery area so that you may enjoy fresh-baked goods while reading through the latest books and news. The Britain Herald is located conveniently close to the Britain moongate, just due east by north-east across the road.
Great news! I just dropped by to purchase one of each new book for the Trammel Library Looking forward to seeing the rest of the towns too
@Dun Scaith - The small building tucked away in the trees right behind the Britain Herald could very well do for that... @Azoth - Hope you enjoy them! The complete collection of all town histories takes up I think around 54 or 56 volumes, so I need to rotate them in and out over time
To be fair, the Qamra Sutra will most likely be placed on the Banned Books list for the betterment of the Virtues and the spiritual health of the Realm.
I would definitely love to sell books through the book shop. I need to switch up a couple of things before I publish my first tome, though, so opening a vendor might be just a bit premature. I'll speak with you in IRC later and see how you would like me to do it. This is a great idea, as is the Library, Alex.
New vendor added - Chiara. She sells used and bargain books. These are books I have extra copies of laying around or books I find on occasion that are duplicates or are already in the archive. They are sold at a discount. Many of these are NPC spawned books, but not all of them. @Cullinarn - Perfectionist! Let's get that book selling!
