I awoke in Britain to a new day. I felt young again. An exuberance of youth overwhelmed me. Something I hadn’t felt in many years, if not a dozen. Strolling the streets things were different yet the same. All was in place… the guards, the merchants, and I quickly realized, “I†was different. What I had learned was forgotten, but what I had forgotten was to be readily learned. I ran my way to the moongate through crisp air enjoying the feeling of freshly dewed grass between my toes. Skara Brae, my destination, my home. The sparkle of everything brought vigor within. At the bank, I befriended a kind, stately like lady who gifted me an axe, encouraging me to prepare. Train and get strong for the end is near. The end I thought… but I just began. Chopping trees brought more familiarity of years past. I crafted bows for coin and soon recognized my path. Back in Britain, I met a Lord who abided my request to see the architectural advances of the realm. Most impressive and more so of the direction the Lord pointed. His charity will not be forgotten. The days sped by as I trained for the end. My last hours were spent tormenting the caged creatures in Moonglow. Several of us played an encore to the setting sun. My last moments were spent back at home, where all was being purged. The streets were being manically littered. The trash barrel is right there I thought… what a mess. I then faded into a new beginning.
very nice imagination at work there. Enjoyed how you tied everything together, from years ago to the recent wipe. :}
