Up until the Harvest in Moonglow itself, that was part of the quest. However, the Harvest warranted more leniency and unrestricted player participation (much like the end of the Wormwood quest). We will return to form for the next one. Thanks for coming everyone!
Not a serpentinial beast was seen during the meat and potatoes of the quest up till the end in Moonglow... which really, we can't stop people from using dragons and the like. I think you'll be as satisfied as I am to know that many... many dragons died and suffered stat loss.
