Guys i am holding this spot for months, thinking about in what to do with... At this last event season this spot become my starting point of every elf, leprechaun and indian hunt. Located in the best place of fire to track for them. I am still not sure if i want to sell it or not, i don't ike auctions, make me nervous. Thats why i am fixing a good price for it because i am sure this is one of the most special secluded towers of the shard(based in what i saw recently in the last threads): -NO NEIGHBOORS (in every direction we have at least two screens of wildlife, only) -ON GRASS -YOU CAN BUILD A VILLAGE AROUND(lots of space for small/medium houses around, the last owner told me it could be bridged, i never tried) -EVENT PARADISE(Alll you need os to log in and track around during the CHRISTMAS, EASTER AND THANKSGIVING events por example, i got at least 2 scrolls from here this days) -IS NOT A AUCTION(so no risk someone become so excited with the place like you and bid all over your attempts) THE PRICE? 2mil Accepting PLAT at 6k, HCs at 3.5 and SCROLLS for 225k each(i also can accept some AMIBS as part of the business) OBS: any complain about the price? keep to yourself.
