I helped this gentleman out through forum PMs and as I understand it, he's all good to go now. For anyone else having a similar issue, see below but I take no responsibility if you muck up your registry. :)

Go to your Start menu and type "regedit" into the Search field and hit Enter.
When the Registry Editor opens, hit CTRL+F on your keyboard or go to the Edit menu and click "Find".
In the search parameters, type in "login.uo" and click "Find Next", which should bring you to a screen like this:

Two steps here, validate that the "LastServer" entry has "login.uorenaissance.com" in the Data field. If not, just double click LastServer and edit the data to be correct.
Secondly, the key that's called "ShowWelcome" is what enables the first Razor screen, that it sounds like you are not seeing anymore when you launch it. If the Data field for ShowWelcome is 0, that means it is off (you can see in the picture, that mine is set to 1, which is On). Ensure that ShowWelcome is set to 1 and "LastServer" is set to login.uorenaissance.com then close the Registry Editor.
