Thought i would post this simple guide as a few people have been asking the best method. Training Forensics Evaluation: 0-30 - Train from an NPC healer 30-45 - Trained on various corpses while i was hunting; Razor Macro: UseSkill Forensics Wait For Target Target By Type 2006 (corpse) pause 10.25 seconds Once You reach 45 you can train directly on an npc, i chose the town crier 45-GM Razor Macro: UseSkill Forensics Wait For Target Absolute target (target the town crier or which ever npc you choose to raise off) pause 10.25s Now you can go hunting thieves TiMi
Negative, you can only gain off a corpse once, which is why i chose to move to an NPC at 40+ Regards TiMi
That must have changed because I worked a ton of Forensics in the GY killing things and running the macro on last target after manually targeting each fresh corpse.
You can res while criminal at an ankh. So I found an ankh in town, and macrod attacking a nearby blue (could be a tame, or a friend), calling guards on myself, then forensic'ing my corpses.
This is a little late, however you CAN gain multiple times off of the same corpse. Just kill, and eval until decay.
Standing at the ankh, death by corpser Razor Macro: pause 10.25 seconds UseSkill Forensics Wait For Target Target By Type 2006 (corpse) pause 0.25 seconds Target By Type 0ECC (bones) loop I wonder if there is an easier way, perhaps zombie body parts, human body parts, bone piles, something non decaying
Here's an alternative. It doubleclicks the ankh for you and attacks nearest non-friendly Code: !Loop Assistant.Macros.DoubleClickTypeAction|5|True Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:01 Assistant.Macros.GumpResponseAction|1|0|0 Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:01 Assistant.Macros.UseSkillAction|19 Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:01 Assistant.Macros.TargetTypeAction|False|8198 Assistant.Macros.HotKeyAction|1515| Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:00.2500000 Assistant.Macros.HotKeyAction|1395| Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:09
